WHAT CLASSES INVOLVE:
Rather than sitting in a static pose for long periods as adults would, Little Masterminds classes involve lots of FUN & VARIETY to keep your children fully engaged as they mindfully learn about themselves.

Example: ‘WORRY BUBBLES’
Technique: Children blow bubbles containing their worries and watch them float away

Example: ‘FULL BODY MUSCLE RELAXATION EXERCISE’
Technique: Isolating body parts to release tension and recalibrate the muscular system for inner calm & relaxation

VISUALISATIONS
Example: ‘HAPPY PAINTBRUSH’
Technique: Visually painting a happy space they can enter anytime they feel distressed or down
